12-week Anger Management

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy treatment educates and counsels clients with behavioral problems and lack the ability to control their anger. Typical anger management treatment encompasses, learning triggers and cues, developing anger control plans, understanding the aggression cycle, learning Ellis’ A-B-C-D Model, assertiveness training, understanding anger and family of origin issues, and correcting maladaptive thoughts/feelings.

13- week Victim's Impact ​ Centered on helping offenders become more aware of the impact that crime has on its victims and to take responsibility for their actions and begin to make amends. The curriculum makes victims and their rights a central premise.

10- week Understanding Trauma ​ Provides a deep understanding of Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles and practical skills. It equips individuals with the tools to address the impact of trauma on their lives and mental well-being while fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and recovery. 

13 week Denial Management ​ A relapse prevention therapy that is geared toward helping offenders or individuals who struggle with addiction, bring awareness to their addictive behaviors and a commitment towards recovery.
