The Grand Rising Respite Facility and Shine A Light in the Dark, offer engaging, trauma-informed workshops designed to educate, inspire, and empower individuals, families, organizations, schools, and community groups. Our workshops combine evidence-based mental health education with practical strategies, reflective activities, and interactive discussions that encourage personal growth, emotional wellness, and resilience.
