When you are lost in the dark and have not gazed upon the sun in a long time, it is just way too bright.  In fact, after a long period of darkness, the sun can really hurt your eyes; however, moonlight is the perfect in-between.  It can also help your eyes to readjust so that the sun is no longer too bright. The past can be painful, but it doesn’t have to stay that way.  Healing is one of the most rewarding and beautiful transformations of an individual’s life and it would be an honor to assist you during your journey.  While helping others heal others has always been a passion of mine it was my own personal experiences with healing childhood trauma, anxiety, and the foster system that I decided to make it my life’s work.  Throughout the healing process, I believe it is imperative to honor your past, listen to your personal experiences, and respect your beliefs to better understand how you make meaning in your world.  I also believe it is important for me to create a safe and judgment-free environment where you feel safe to explore your true thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
